We pride ourselves on being a full service engineering and construction company. If you have a project with approved plans ready for construction we can bring it to life. No plans? No problem, with our in-house design team we can draft plans for your project and also control the process through permit applications and final City approval.
Construction

Seismic Retrofitting: Our company specializes in Seismic Retrofitting and has more than 20 years of experience working on over 1,000 projects with budgets ranging from $100,000 up to $10 million. Renovation & Remodeling: ZDX also has vast experience in renovation and remodeling of existing buildings, including; High-end interior remodeling – Complete renovation of façades – Change of use.

New Construction & Development: ZDX has been involved in numerous new construction projects with a focus on commercial real estate. Past projects include parking structures, shopping centers, and offices with budgets ranging from $1 million up to $20 million and size ranging from 15,000 square feet up to 250,000 square feet.

Our design and development services center on, but are not limited to, preconstruction and estimating. This work focuses on a clients need for accurate and well-founded preparation, essential for any successful project.

ZDX supports clients throughout the design process by leading meetings with architects and engineers, serving as a guide and partner throughout the process. Furthermore, with our in-house engineer and drafting team our office is proactive in handling changes due to unforeseen site conditions and value engineering the project along the way.

Our staff is well-versed in the permit process as well, with expertise and vast experience at City of LA, City of Beverly Hills, and City of Santa Monica Building & Safety divisions. From the start of the permit application process to obtaining final City approved plans and getting the final inspection sign off ZDX will see the project all the way.
